• Content or Information in the Services: When you use Bayeslab, we collect information transferred via integrations with third-party applications (like Google Workspace). The data we receive depends on the permissions and settings of those third-party applications.
• Payment Processing Information: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not collect or store your credit card number. We only retain transaction details (date, amount, payment method) to verify your subscription.
• Technical, Device, and Connection Information: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and crash data to provide functionality and maintain security.
• Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to personalize your experience. You can manage cookie settings through your browser.

At Bayeslab, we prioritize the privacy and security of your business data. We adhere to a "Logic-Data Separation" architecture:

• Non-Transfer of Raw Data: Our Services utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate analysis reasoning and code. However, your raw datasets (such as uploaded Excel, CSV, or database content) are NOT transferred to third-party AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for model training or general processing.
• Metadata-Only Processing: We only share anonymized metadata (such as column headers or data types) and specific prompts with AI providers to generate the analysis logic.
• Secure Sandbox Execution: All actual data processing and computation occur within Bayeslab's isolated, secure execution environment (Sandbox). This ensures your raw data never leaves our secure boundary.
• No Use for AI/ML Development: We do not use any user data (including Google user data) for developing, improving, or training generalized AI and/or machine learning (ML) models. We explicitly ensure that third-party APIs (including Google Workspace APIs) are not used to train non-personalized AI models.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, support, and improve our Services and Site.
• Process your payments and transactions.
• Tailor content and provide product information.
• Protect the security and integrity of our business.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We may share information under the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: For purposes you explicitly authorize.
• With Partners & Team Members: Sharing with your designated teammates or authorized integration partners.
• For Business Purposes: Sharing with vendors who help us provide the Site (e.g., hosting providers, customer support widgets).
• For Legal Reasons: To comply with law, court orders, or to protect the safety of our users.
• Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, sale, or restructuring.

• Opting Out of Marketing: You can opt-out by clicking "Unsubscribe" in our emails or emailing us at crew@bayeslab.ai.

• Account Deletion: You may request to delete your account and personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

• Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss or unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
• International Transfers: Information will be transferred to and processed in Singapore and other countries where our service providers maintain facilities. We follow applicable data protection laws to ensure a high level of protection.
• Data Retention: We retain your account data as long as your account is active. For Free Tier users, we reserve the right to delete analysis history and uploaded datasets after a period of inactivity (e.g., 30 days) to ensure data minimization.
